Hursley Youth FC was founded in 2015 with a desire to ensure that our children – regardless of age or ability – have a safe, pleasant and friendly environment in which to play, learn and develop a true love for football.
To deliver this ethos and to manage the growing number of young people we see, the club has a strong, consistent and dedicated Committee.
The coaching and teams have been built for many years in partnership with professional football coach Robbie Elliott and his team at R&R Sports Coaching
It is vital that this arrangement is in place to ensure that the club has the appropriate infrastructure to support our current members but also to enable future growth.
Having celebrated our 10th year, the club has grown by word-of-mouth to 11 teams for season 2025-26 with nearly 150 children enjoying the sport every week
The community club prides itself on a friendly environment with the motto of "We never lose, we either win or learn something"
Training for most teams is on the Hursley estate on Saturday mornings 8.30-10am but some other teams train at Oasis Academy, Lordshill or during the week at Ganger Farm Sports Park (Romsey).
